| Position Requirement: |
職責:- 管理和分配廚房團隊的工作安排，確保他們遵照公司所制訂的守則和流程
- 培訓及督導團隊, 並帶領及激勵團隊提供穩定及高水準的食物品質
- 按公司所制訂的食譜要求準備製作日本料理
- 熟悉及遵照公司所制訂的製作要求、分配、烹飪方法、質量標準、食譜、程序和流程
- 監督和保持所有廚房，烹飪區域，壽司櫃檯，廚房設備和食品倉存區的整潔和消毒
入職要求:- 中五或以上 / 擁有香港特别行政區合法工作資格 / 歡迎來港工作假期人士申請
- 至少3年或以上於日本餐廳有相關廚師的工作經驗
- 對日本料理(Japanese cuisine)有基本認識和技能
- 有責任心, 有團隊合作精神
- 積極主動，良好顧客服務及溝通技巧
- 良好粵語，一般英語及普通話
- 需輪休

工作時間：- 上下班時間視乎店舖營運情況而定
- 全職：每週五天工作，每天工作9小時，需輪班輪休
- 兼職：工作日數及時間不限，每天工作至少4小時
