職責： - 負責商場及商業大廈樓宇設施 / 機電設備運作、維修及保養(中央冷氣、消防、電力及供排水等系統)
入職要求： - 兩年以上商業樓宇設施 / 中央冷氣 /機電保養工作經驗，具大型製冷凍水機維修或操作經驗者將優先考慮
- 持有A級電牌 / R級冷氣牌及有效平安咭者將獲優先考慮
- 持有屋宇裝備證書或具有正式學徒訓練者將獲優先考慮
- 如經驗不足者, 將會考慮為技術員
