職責: - 負責商場及商業大廈樓宇管理系統(Building Management System)維修及保養
- 督導及訓練技術員, 為租户進行機電設施維修服務
- 負責設備故障時的調查及跟進，並作出相應維修以恢復設備的正常運作
- 協助監督外判承包商之工作
- 執行建立工場及零件與消耗品的點存
- 妥善管理工作範圍，時刻保持清潔整齊
- 以上職位需輪班工作(包括惡劣天氣情況下參與緊急維修)
入職要求： - 持有屋宇裝備 / 電機 / 電子技工證書 / 學徒證書或同等學歷
- 須持有A級或以上電牌及有效平安咭
- 優先考慮有客户服務經驗或曾參與樓宇管理系統更新工程
- 具有三年或以上對屋宇設備進行維修和故障檢驗，具督導經驗優先
