工作範圍
⚫ 定期評估社區需要，與服務使用者及社區人士保持接觸
⚫ 策劃、拓展及評估其所負責之服務計劃的成效及推行情況
⚫ 策劃及直接推行核心服務，包括個案管理、家訪及活動
⚫ 協調服務計劃，建立及保持與本軍不同部門及外間團體/有關人士的良好聯系和合作
⚫ 管理及存備清晰、正確、合時的統計資料、帳目收支結算和備受財政報告
⚫ 提供計劃後的續後支援及監察
⚫ 計劃及推行職員培訓
⚫ 推動義務工作，為義工提供適當的指導及督導
⚫ 統籌及整理計劃，編寫整全使命的推行手冊
⚫ 執行其他由上司指派之工作
入職條件
⚫ 接納救世軍的神學立場
⚫ 註冊社工，持認可社會工作學士學位
⚫ 最少3年項目管理及發展經驗
⚫ 愛主及投入教會服事優先考慮
⚫ 能應付多重工作，具壓力管理能力、主動、細心、處事獨立
⚫ 具良好領導及組織能力
⚫ 具良好人際關係、溝通和應變技巧
⚫ 熟識電腦操作
⚫ 良好中英文書寫及會話能力 |
