工作職能:資訊科技 / 電訊: 應用程式 - 網絡, 應用程式 - 軟件, 技術支援, 網絡及系統, 保安, 其他 工作描述:IT Technical Support
• Diploma or above in Computer Science or in relevant disciplines
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in system and technical support
• MCP / MCSA / MCSE will be an advantage
• Experience in Microsoft Office support and system development will be an advantage
• Provide PC software and hardware installation, setup, configuration, technical support, trouble-shooting and administration
• Procure IT hardware / software and maintain IT hardware & software inventory
• Provide end users training/support to users
• Provide after office hours system support and on call support when necessary
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
