Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Provide secretarial and administrative support;
- Be responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, C&B administration, staff relations and performance management
- Handle daily shop operation, such as shop maintenance, monitor the performance of the frontline staff, etc.
- Assist in review, develop and implement various compensation and benefit programs, such as salaries, long-term and short-term incentives, job evaluations, salary increases, salary surveys, tax treatment of compensation programs, financial and proxy disclosure and analysis
- Handle recruitment projects and select the right talent aligning business growth and needs
- Support annual performance review and salary benchmarking
- Assist in implementing staff training programs when necessary
- Assist in HR policies and procedures review
- Prepare periodic HR related analysis reports
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements: - Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent;
- 3-5 years' Human Resources and Administrative experience is a must;
- Mature, attentive to details, analytical minded and able to work under pressure;
- Possessing good interpersonal and communication skills is a must;
