| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities - Team up with quality assurance team in food safety operation policies and guidelines development and improvement (factory/store)
- Monitor and maintain food safety standard of stores and conduct hygiene and quality audit in stores; follow-up the cases when it is needed
- Frequent store visit is required
- Coordinate and participate quality assurance and hygiene training to staff
- Assist factory quality assurance monitoring
- Assist in other and ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements - Degree holder in Food Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience, exposure of restaurant / food store inspection will be an advantage
- Familiar with quality assurance systems (5S/HACCP/ISO22000)
- Knowledge of food laws and food regulations
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Able to speak and write Japanese will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, independent, well-organized, strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working hours: 0730-1730 including 1 hour lunch break, shift holiday
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Food Quality Assurance Officer
