| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities- End user devices’ hardware and software installation and configuration
- Server and network equipment setup, configuration, administration and troubleshooting
- Daily server and network monitoring
- Maintain hardware and software inventory record
- Prepare training guide and IT operation guide
- Handle ad-hoc project assigned by supervisor
Requirements- Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in IT end-user support with C-Level user support
- Experience in Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange Mail System, Network equipment configuration (e.g. Network Switch, Firewall)
- Hardworking and willing to work under pressure and independently
- Good team player, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills
- Good command of Mandarin, Cantonese and English
