• 主責協助農夫管理農莊運作，包括負責耕種蔬菜、瓜果、植物及中草藥等收割、灌溉、除草、施肥、推肥、犁田、換種植盤、育苗、殺蟲等日常農務
• 協助指導智障人士或精神病康復者參與農務工作
• 具愛心及耐性，曾於社福機構工作者更佳
• 初小或以上程度，須輪班
