主要職責: - 負責接聽及解答客戶電話 (無需 Cold Call);
- 向客户提供合適服務建議及跟進查詢安排;
工作要求: - 中學程度;
- 擁有三年以上相關工作經驗;
- 良好溝通能力及電話技巧;
- 懂基本電腦操作 (MS Word, Excel and MS Outlook);
- 中文輸入法 (25 WPM);
- 積極主動，有責任心及團隊精神，良好服務技巧;
- 能以英語溝通者優先考慮;
- 可即時上班為佳;
工作時間：星期一至五 9:30am-7:00pm；星期六 (長短週) 9:30am-5:30pm
