主要職責 : - 負責管理及支援所屬區域之店舖工作
- 協助店舖經理管理店舖營運，如貨品管理、更表編制、人手分配
- 帶領團隊有效提升顧客服務質素及銷售額
- 培訓及指導新入職員工
- 定期檢討服務標準及員工表現
- 處理一般文書工作
- 初入職的三個月須作為【店務員】於分店工作，以了解店舖日常營運
入職要求 : - 2年或以上銷售經驗及最少2年店舖管理經驗
- 需具領導才能及獨立處理能力
- 富團隊合作精神、主動熱誠、具責任感
- 曾於連鎖店工作優先
- 良好電腦操作技巧
- 良好中英文溝通能力
