- 監控存貨，貨物盤點及更新存貨記錄
- 維持店舖營運流暢
- 處理店舖之日常運作
- 推廣及銷售產品
- 開舖收舖準備
- 日常收貨及補貨工作，包括來貨點算、貨品存貨管理
- 編排人手及編制更表
- 處理客人要求/投訴
工作時間：*店長須具備銷售凍肉經驗/ 餐飲管理/ 銷售經驗
