| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities: - Develop and accountable for the content quality and its operational management on recruitment platform
- Devise the content strategy and execution plan for the team and ensure the content of the platform are delivered on a timely basis and aligned to the company’s strategies
- Monitor the impact and effectiveness of content distribution
- Develop and monitor marketing campaign to acquire new customers and retain existing customer to achieve target sales
- Explore and analyze business potential and extend new services to increase market share and business sales
- Manage all marketing campaign result and the overall business operation to achieve company goals
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to deliver excellent marketing, events and brand building programmes
Requirements: - University degree preferably in Communications or related discipline. Fresh graduate will be also considered
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience in digital content management, creating and writing content for web or app, preferably gained from online media or recruitment industry
- Experience in using content management system
- Sound knowledge on social media platform
- Attention to details, strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills.
