高級幼兒教師 (課程發展)
白田幼兒學校暨育嬰園／華富幼兒學校／樂民幼兒學校／卜凱賽琳幼兒學校

職務及責任：
(一) 課程發展 - 協助校長策劃及發展校本課程;
- 帶領教師編寫全年的教學大綱及跟進各級的教學進度;
- 帶領教師檢討課程的編排、 成效及修訂課程;
(二) 專業發展 - 協助校長策劃及跟進幼兒學校「學與教」的發展計劃和成效;
- 協助校長策劃教師培訓計劃及主持教學會議;
(三) 家長工作 - 協助校長策劃及主持班級家長會工作、聯繫及推行多元化的家長工作;
(四) 社區聯繫 - 協助推廣學校形象及策劃宣傳策略。
職位要求：
- 持認可學前教育證書或學位
- 持檢定教員證明書 (RT)
- 持註冊幼兒工作員 (CCW)
- 持註冊幼兒中心主管 (CCS)
- 香港中學文憑考試具五科合格 (包括中、英文)
- 具領導能力，能主動提出意見及樂於承擔責任
- 善於溝通、表達能力佳、中英文良好及書寫流暢
申請者若具備以下條件可獲優先考慮
- 具 3 年或以上幼兒教育工作經驗
- 於救世軍轄下幼稚園 / 幼兒學校任教
- 持幼兒教育學士學位或以上學歷
聘用條款
合適之內部申請者，視乎其現行的受聘條款及現行政策而訂，以合約或固定期委任形式受聘。合適之外部申請者先以一年合約條款聘用，工作表現良好可獲續聘。因應救世軍學前教育服務需要，受聘人或需被調派至其他工作地點工作。 |
