Responsibilities:

1. Tests and evaluates electronic products, relating to its reliability and performance.

2. Trouble shoots and repairs electronic products and/or instruments

3. Provides technical support to the sales team to ensure that all company’s electronic instruments and products work in excellent conditions.

4. Assists in requisition of electronic parts and materials, ensuring optimal supply of spare parts.

5. Provide prompt and effective technical support to ensure customers’ satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Able to trouble shoot and repair electronic medical and/or health products to component level.

2. Excellent communication skill in verbal and written Chinese and English.

3. Solid PC skill required

4. Preferably a registered electrical worker qualified for Grade A work.

Min. 1 year of experience in servicing, preferably medical and related products.

Candidates without the relevant experience will also be considered as junior technician (初級技術員). Candidates with more than 3 years experience will be considered as senior technician (高級技術員).
