工作描述:職責:
- 負責規劃及烹調一家大小 (共 2-8 人) 午晚兩餐膳食，以粵菜為主， 傳統廣東家常小菜、熟悉時令及高級食材揀選
- 偶爾需要設計宴客菜單和出菜流程
- 負責每天的食材採購、處理及製作等
- 有高級中式食府、五星級酒店粵菜或私房菜的廚師經驗
- 注重廚房和食物衛生
背景:
• 10-15年高級粵菜食府經驗, 具五星酒店中菜廚師經驗優先
• 中學畢業、良好粵語
• 有責任感、細心、熱誠、良好工作態度、誠實有禮、良好溝通技巧
待遇:
- 雙糧，醫療保險
- 工作時間每天上午10:00 至 晚上8:00
- 每週工作 6 天
- 工作地點: 香港半山
