The Job
As a member of our NowTV Sales Planning team, you will assist the Manager to plan and implement sales strategy to achieve business targets and objectives.  Major duties include but not limited to:

• Prepare monthly sales target and commission payout
• Identify issues on sales performance and provide insights for business growth
• Consolidate data from multi-sources and provide analysis summary on various aspects of sales performance for management review
• Prepare regular multi-dimensional reports for Sales Management to monitor pipeline, sales activities and initiative progress
• Evaluation of sales performance and prepare business report to management

The Person

• Bachelor degree holder in business, statistics, finance or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year solid experience, candidate with years of relevant experience may consider as senior sales planning executive
• Strong analytical thinking, self-motivated and independent judgment
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, knowledge on Access / SQL is preferable
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
