| Position Requirement: |
負責工作
- 負責生產部工序及運作之規劃、排程及監控
- 主理食品工場日常運作、規劃監控生產流程及品質，包括生產時間表、材料、出入貨、倉存管理等，並與營運單位保持緊密溝通，以確保按時按量送遞貨品予各店舖
- 監控工場環境、設備、衛生等，以確保產品品質符合法例要求
- 負責成本及生產監控，提出發展及改善方案，帶領及監督各生產線組員提升生產效率，以達至成本效益
- 定時向管理層提交生產報告及其他相關數據分析
入職要求
- 文憑或以上
- 5年或以上物料計劃/ 供應鏈管理相關工作經驗，食品工場優先
- 具食品工場實務操作經驗、持衛生督導/ 委任經理資格者優先考慮
- 懂電腦操作，中英文打字，MS Excel (vlookup, pivot table, etc.)
- 具ERP或Supply Chain KPI制定經驗為佳
- 優良組織力、溝通及協調能力
- 勞工假期、每星期5天工作(輪休)
