職責
為員工提供適當培訓使其遵照流程操作。
負責協助監察工場食物出品質量及衛生;
嚴格控制質量,確保出品之質素、外觀和衛生符合標準;
為中央廚房制定工作流程及工作指引等,使成品存放及出貨符合衛生及職業安全。
要求
大專程度,修畢品質檢測相關學科;
至少1年食品廠/食品工場工作經驗;
有ISO22000 和其他相關經驗尤佳;
良好電腦文書工作技巧,熟悉運用Excel;
健談、有愛心及耐性。 工作地點

每周工作5.5至6天,每天工作9小時,輪休 |
