主要職責
- 協助上司負責研發部的日常營運;
- 按公司標準操作程序, 確保研發部運作順暢;
- 研發新產品, 有效地保持和提高產品的品質, 以達至更高的利潤目標;
- 控制研發部廚房的食材、維修及能源成本。
入職要求
- 具5年以上相關居酒屋/日式拉麺連鎖餐廳食品研發經驗
- 有良好溝通技巧、組織、創新及食品品質點評的能力
- 懂讀寫中文及略懂讀寫英文優先
