Responsibilities:

• Lead the data analysis and insight generation to support the business strategy
• Design and review dashboards with data visualization tools to facilitate the marketing strategy and business development
• Deliver the insight and business intelligence across the business units, make recommendations and implement improvements to current business practice
• Advise the appropriate marketing actions based on the analytical results to maximize the business results
• Conduct mathematical modeling and quantitative analysis to support management decision
• Streamline data collection and analysis procedures to ensure fast access to metrics and insights
• Maintain the databases and conduct routine maintenance as needed to ensure data integrity and database performance
• Work with business users for the needs/ requirements of data analysis
• Perform ad-hoc projects assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or relevant discipline
• Minimum 4 years working experience in database marketing or analytics related fields
• Knowledge and experience in data analysis, campaign analysis, experimental design, modeling techniques
• Knowledge in databases/analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Python and BI tools, etc.
• Experience in retail operations is an advantage
• Strong analytical, business acumen, self-motivated and communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skill, problem-solving skills and people management skills
• Proficiency in both written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese
