Job details:

• Provide technical and maintenance support to ensure high level of stability, availability, reliability, performance and security of online service is provided to the public

• Provide technical support on system infrastructure, including web/database/application servers, etc.

• Provide technical support on security measures and reviews, system interfaces with other IRD internal systems and enhancement on the system infrastructure

• Carry out quality control for the deliverables of the outsourced contractors

• Monitor the outsourced contractors and liaise with external and internal parties for the technical support on system infrastructure.

• Any other tasks assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline

• 3 years’ experience in IT industry

• At least 1 year of solid experience in technical support of Linux system administration

• 1 year experience in Oracle database and system implementation and support

• 1 year experience in SQL and XML

• Good communication skill in both written and spoken English and Chinese
