Responsibilities

• Develop and source solutions from concept through to production sampling

• Collaborate with design and project management teams identifying technical solutions

• You will be required to be part delivering total customer service experience and ensuring the customer expectation are served

• Monitor and actively participate in planning multiple fast moving production

• Participate in the fabric quality control/assurance during the concept and development stage outlining needs

• Able to participate in the development of product marketing activities and strategic implementation plans

Requirements

• Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years experiences in similar role within garment, trim and accessories manufacturing field

• Familiar with Soft-line items such as Paper tags, Woven & Printed labels

• Knowledge of material sourcing will be an advantage

• Ability to organize, communicate with oversea colleagues and follow up sample development

• Strong motivation, willing to take initiatives, and strong analytical skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft applications

• Good command of English & Mandarin

• Aggressive, willing to work under pressure and looking for job challenge
