| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, maintaining and amending BIM models for projects;
- Assistant in preparing data, drawings and presentation materials from BIM models conforming to project’s requirements and instructions from project architects;
- Assist the team in relevant job duties, including clash analysis and BIM coordination;
- Liaise with internal and external parties for coordination of BIM matters.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in architecture, engineering, surveying, building, construction or equivalent;
- 1-2 years working experience in BIM modelling would be an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of 3D modelling softwares e.g. Revit, Navisworks and AutoCAD;
- Good team player and willingness to learn BIM skills;
- On-job training will be provided;
- Fresh graduates will be considered.
