職責：
- 帶領團隊推廣Fila優雅及活力的時尚服飾, 達至及超越公司訂下的營運目標
- 管理店內日常運作包括人手安排及培訓、貨品管理等
- 分析店舖銷售及數據以作出匯報
- 確保與營運部門之間的有效溝通及執行公司政策
要求：
- 3年或以上零售服飾銷售經驗者優先考慮
- 具成熟及優良之人事管理、領導才能及管理技巧
- 具獨立處事能力同時注重團隊合作精神
福利：
- 每天工作9小時 (包括1小時用膳時間)
