Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate business strategy and execute business plan for the development of factory;

• Responsible for factory goals and regular analysis report to the Director;

• Provide leadership, guidance as well as oversee the strategic planning and operational requirements for the operations;

• Monitor the whole manufacturing processes and draw up production plans and schedules, achieving on-time-deliveries with high product quality;

• Collaborate with the other business units and departments to trouble-shoot the issues of prodcution;

• Develop and implement KPI program and motivate the team to adhere to the requirements;

• Ensure compliance with Group policies and procedures as well as external regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements:

• Graduated from Manufacturing/ Industrial Engineering, Clothing & Textile, or related discipline;

• Over 15 years' experience in sizable manufacturing operations of which 5 years at managerial capacity; Apparel industry experience is essential;

• Sold skills and experience in implementing lean production or other management systems of production process improvement;

• With sample-making competence and experience in high-end apparels is an advantage;

• Strong implementation, communication, strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Hands-on computer skills in MS office;

• Willing to long station in Vietnam factory.
