| Position Requirement: |
展亮技能發展中心為職業訓練局轄下的機構成員，致力為15歲或以上被評估為有公開就業潛能的殘疾人士，在關愛的學習環境中，提供職業訓練及輔助服務，以增強他們的就業能力及協助他們融入社會。
主要職責：
(a) 向殘疾人士教授基本烘焙、食物烹調、廳面服務、水吧協作、清潔實務及執行相關的行政工作；
(b) 編制、檢討及更新課程內容、教學及評核方法；
(c) 負責社企模式咖啡店/小食店、小型攤檔的運作、訓練及外展訓練；
(d) 巡查場地和設施，監察和跟進工場之儀器設備和工具之保養和維修；
(e) 協助舉辦課外活動及其他相關工作；
(f) 保持和加強與業界及相關協會的網絡；及
(g) 協助殘疾人士的就業安排和擔當就業指導員。
入職條件：
(a) 持有相關高級文憑或同等學歷，並具有三年與飲食業實務有關的工作及/或教學經驗；
(b) 能講流利粵語及書寫中、英文；
(c) 具教導殘疾人士經驗為佳；及
(d) 通過技能測試。
備註：
(1) 申請人如學歷未符合以上所述之條件，但具有八年相關的工作及/或教學經驗，亦可應徵；在適用情況下，有關申請人需具備相當於資歷級別第3級的相關學歷。
(2) 擁有餐飲服務工作經驗者獲優先考慮。
(3) 獲取錄的申請人可能需要在辦公時間外及不同指定地點工作。
(4) 本局已採用香港警務處推行的性罪行定罪紀錄查核機制，展亮技能發展中心的準僱員須在聘用程序的最後階段進行有關查核。
(5) 於過去兩個月，曾申請此職位者，其申請尚在考慮之列，毋須再次申請。
