An expanding leading global manufacturer in garment accessories are now looking for a high calibre candidate for the following new headcount:
Duties:
Report to the Chairman
Lead and oversee Sales Department in HK and China
Utilize the resources of global manufacturing set to develop business strategies
Build and maintain the relationship with existing customers to seek new business opportunities
Create marketing campaigns and new products to infiltrate the market share
Prepare a yearly budget plan and sales forecast
Act as a company representative to build a strong brand presence and product promotion
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to achieve the mutual benefit of both sides with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Attend industries conferences, trade shows and major events to further marketing knowledge.
Monitor staff performance and perform the evaluation
Business trip to US & EU if necessary
Requirements
Over 8 years working experience
Over 5 years of sales & marketing experience in intimate apparel, garment or textile industries
Experience working successfully with customers
Ability to communicate effectively in speech & writing
Excellent leadership and organizing skills
Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
A stable working record will be a plus
