崗位職責概述:
管理好部門日常進出口報關、儘量把報關差錯率降到最低限度，協調維護好外部政府部門：海關、商檢局、商務局、貿促會、工商局關係。
- 香港公司倉庫和報關工作 , 大陸廠中央倉庫和所有報關工作管理,
- 將合同溢多料件作退運處理減少付匯額；
- 加入電子產品等項目在新合同中，以備不時之需
- 做合同平衡表，以反映可上料數及可出料數等資料
- 確保公司報關相關工作順利完成以及部門的日常事項處理
- 確保船務部日常報關、報檢、一般貿易徵稅、原產地證資料、處理深圳海關查車等疑難雜症等的事項及時處理
- 積極參加海關相關業務培訓，增強海關業務知識
KPI 績效指標:
- 公司盈虧: 當季無盈虧為合格
- 報關準確性及時性: 關務滯納金
- 出口帳冊(重量、件數)準確性: 出口報關 - SAP系統數出庫數 / 出口報關數
- 進口帳冊(重量、件數)準確性: 進口報關 - SAP系統數入庫數 / 進口報關數
- 帳冊結存數(重量、件數)據準確性: 海關帳冊數 - SAP系統數 / 海關帳冊數
