Our client is an international asset management firm with an unparalleled reputation across the Asia Pacific region. With the continued growth of the organization, the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre candidate to join them.

Drive sales & revenue growth through creating customized sales and due diligence documents for institutional prospects and clients. Execute, manage and maintain the standard process and procedures for the proposal services function within the Asia Institutional business team.   Complete high quality materials which properly and accurately reflect the  capabilities in accordance with the requirements of the particular client, prospect or consultant.  This entails review and verification of the specific requirements, completion of proposal responses according to those requirements and coordination of final proposal review, approval and submission.  Coordinate all aspects of the document production process to assure the overall quality meets firm standards. Answer, edit, and complete sales proposals, consultant databases and ad hoc questionnaires with accuracy and by deadline. Oversees the production of electronic and print materials to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met. Assume primary responsibility for RFP review to ensure consistency and accuracy. Responsible for final formatting, technical editing and tracking details of the assessment and results. Research appropriate responses through supplied databases as well as any other identified sources. Collaborate with the Institutional Sales and subject matter experts (SMEs) and other relevant stakeholders to determine strategic approach for proposals. Interact with reviewers and obtain approvals on all terms of reference relevant to an RFP. Provide support in review & update of standard contents in the firm’s content management and external consultants’ database.  Partner with colleagues in other regions to facilitate the coordination of proposal service efforts globally. Provide reporting of proposal service activity levels to senior management.

To be considered, you should be a degree holder in with a minimum of 5 years experience in the fields of proposal writing, investment writing and editing is preferred. Knowledge of the asset management industry’s practices, products and trends. Fluent in both English and Chinese, with excellent communication skills, verbal and written including technical writing and editing.  Detail-oriented with excellent organization and project management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks to meet strict deadlines. Strong analytical skills and ability to spot inaccurate or inconsistent data. Proficiency in suite of PC applications, particularly in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
