We are looking for people to join our team of Customer Experience Representatives, who together provide advice, services and solutions for our customers.
As a Customer Experience Representative, you will become a valuable member of our committed team and contribute in delivering outstanding experience to our customers. You will provide FedEx’s customers with excellent quality of service across a variety of channels; handle traces in a professional manner; resolve customers’ issues right the first time in the most efficient way.

Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Good command in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- One (1) year of work experience, preferably in the logistic or service industry
- Patient and able to work under pressure
- Basic PC skills
Work Shift:
- You will be expected to work 40 hours per week (5-day work shifts):
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Public Holidays: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
