Duties Liaise with suppliers of diamond (parcel & cert) as well as the color gemstone for purchase of loose materials聯絡鑽石及寶石 (郵件及證書) 供應商採購物料 Keep track of stock inventory level and update market price regularly管控倉存水平及定時更新市場價格 Assort diamond and gemstone in parcel according to size and quality regarding company standard根據原材料的大細及質量進行篩選及進倉管理 Assist in following up customer orders with workshop協助工場跟進客人訂單 Data entry of purchasing memo and invoice記錄採購寄存及單據
Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in purchasing and assorting diamonds, preferably with colorful gemstones. 3-5年鑽石及/或寶石採購經驗。 Candidate with gem grading certification or related training is highly preferred. 擁有寶石鑒證資歷或相關培訓者優先考慮 Writing and typing skill in Chinese is a must. 需懂中文輸入法。 Immediate availability is highly preferred 可即時上班優先考慮
