Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall control and manage R&D projects such as implementation planning and schedule
• Compile technical documents for the R&D project and deliverable, including design drawings, BOM, test plans, test reports, etc.
• On-site testing and commissioning
• Co-ordinate with external parties such as clients, consultants, contractors for project implementation; as well as internal parties to ensure day-to-day running of projects
• Provide technical support to improve and enhance the quality
• Attend meetings and handle technical quires from the clients
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, preferable in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Project Management or equivalent
• With 2-3 years related experiences, e.g. project follow-up and product development
• Hand on R&D experience is preferred but not essential
• Proven ability to write engineering specification and documentation is a plus
• Sound experience in communicating and coordinating with suppliers, clients and cross-functional team has an advantage
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and paying attention to details
• Responsible self-initiation, aggressive and work under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
