| Position Requirement: |
Job Description
- Support sales team in internal and external communication
- Revert and prepare pricing/quote requests
- Interface between Ops and client during transition phase
- Quality management and relationship management of client services
- Basic administrational tasks including written and verbal correspondence
- Telemarketing as and when required
- Assist in market and client research to aid in the sales process.
- Aid in pre meeting work, such as ppt./quotations/SOP
- Assist in reporting via systems when necessary
- Other tasks assigned by manager
Job Requirement
- 1-2 years’ experience on sales administration / sales support / customer care
- Customer service experience is an advantage, fresh graduate will be considered
- Logical, positive thinking, hard working and enjoy teamwork
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player, target-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills
