| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities:
- Able to work independently for full set of import & export shipping documents, CITIES application and Tradelink declaration
- Follow up daily orders (PO, SO) , shipment and booking arrangement
- Work with Supply Chain & Purchasing team of raw materials and components order, bulk order, sample delivery to ensure on time delivery
- Communicate with logistics services provider, freight forwarder, courier, suppliers and customer for all inbound and outbound shipment arrangement
- Manage and track shipment deliveries to ensure goods are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Resolve damages and discrepancies with freight forwarder and logistics services providers
- Handle / collect information from forwarders regarding shipping rate, quotations and to calculate freight costing comparison
- Prepare / update the order & shipment summary report on regular basis
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics and shipping, preferable in trading, buying office, wholesale and retail (beauty & cosmetics) industry
- Familiar with HK & China, CBEC, Asia and EU import and export procedures
- Proficient PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- SAP experience is definitely an advantage but not mandatory
- Mature, responsible, well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
- Good team player with good interpersonal skill
- Good command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
- Immediate available is preferred
