| Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities:
- To assist in all leasing matters of Hong Kong retail/ commercial projects
- Formulate the leasing strategy and assist in trade mix planning of NEW SHOPPING MALL
- Handle new letting/ renewal cases (incl. preparation of budget/report)
- Carry out marketing works including cold calling, marketing research, etc.
- To handle all enquiries of leasing and prepare relevant legal documents of leasing
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Property Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property leasing
- Good negotiation and communication skills with passion at work
- Good PC skills e.g. MS Words, Excel and Powerpoint
- Good command of both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
