殘疾人士職業訓練處

[運作單位引言]
殘疾人士職業訓練處致力為15歲或以上有基本自我照顧能力的殘疾人士，提供評估服務、職業教育及訓練、及就業支援服務。
主要職責：
(a) 提供零售實務、POS系統 / 電腦操作、禮品包裝、店舖清潔等在職訓練予展亮技能發展中心的畢業生；
(b) 到職場探訪畢業生及與僱主 / 職場同工聯繫，了解畢業生的工作表現及需要，以協助他們適應工作生活，維持他們的工作動力；
(c) 與畢業生的僱主 / 主管商討工作上的調整，如重新安排工作流程、製作個人化的輔助器材，及 / 或透過專業輔導服務幫助畢業生適應工作；
(d) 負責VTC社企下的在職訓練(包括監督節日禮物及特色手作的生產工序、教授生產及包裝的工作技巧、管理提貨、核貨及送貨的工序以及小型攤檔的運作等)，協助舉辦職業導向的小組活動 / 工作坊，以增加畢業生的工作動力和就業機會；
(e) 巡查場地和設施，監察和跟進工場之儀器設備和工具之安裝、維修、保養及採購工作；及
(f) 協助管理就業支援服務及在職訓練的日常運作紀錄。
入職條件：
(a) 持有相關高級文憑或同等學歷，並具有三年或以上商業及零售服務相關工作及 / 或教學經驗；
(b) 能講流利粵語及書寫中文和英文；
(c) 能應用資訊科技；
(d) 具復康服務 / 外展工作相關經驗 / 教導殘疾人士相關經驗為佳；及
(e) 通過技能測試。
備註：
(1) 申請人如學歷未符合以上所述入職條件之(a)項，但具有八年相關行業工作及 / 或教學經驗，亦可應徵；在適用情況下，有關申請人需具備相當於資歷級別第3級的相關學歷。
(2) 獲取錄的申請人可能需要輪班工作(包括星期六、日及公眾假期)及在不同指定地點工作。
(3) 本局已採用香港警務處推行的性罪行定罪紀錄查核機制。準僱員須在聘用程序的最後階段進行有關查核。 |
