職責：(1) 推行長者健康管理計劃 (包括宣傳、招募、組織及執行活動、撰寫報告等)；(2) 籌辦機構各類型活動；(3) 撰寫計劃書；(4) 協助中心管理
資歷：文憑或證書，必須為註冊社工
待遇： 每月$18,000-$22,535 (視乎學歷及工作經驗)，星期一至五: 上午9時至下午6時及星期六: 上午9時至下午1時, 每週工作5天半, 每天工作 4或8 小時
