工作內容：
• 透過電話和電郵處理客戶的查詢及投訴
• 與客戶建立良好關係，並了解客戶需要
• 遵守及執行電話熱線中心有關的工作流程及守則，以確保符合處理投訴的指標
• 協助和指導前線客戶服務員為客戶提供良好客戶服務，提升客戶滿意度
• 根據指標完成日常營運工作
工作要求：
• 中五/中學文憑或以上程度
• 能操流利廣東話及簡單英語
• 最少具備1年有關客戶服務的全職工作經驗
• 具備良好溝通及解決問題的技巧
• 懂基本電腦操作者優先
• 需輪班工作
• 工作地點：九龍灣／屯門
