| 網上銷售主任 (csl / 1010 屯門續約部)
**月薪高達17.5K**
工作地點: 屯門友德工業大廈(近屯門西鐵站), 提供接駁巴士往返九龍
工作時間: 長短週, 長週返6天, 短週返5天
職責:
•推行網上宣傳平台以吸引潛在顧客，並主動推廣服務及產品優惠，挽留客戶
•致力提供良好客戶服務，並透過各種網上渠道，例如Facebook、即時通訊軟體、論壇、電郵、在線聊天、及其他社交媒體平台
•跟從規定及程序處理工作，適時跟進及完成整個工作流程
•遵從公司及其合作伙伴的工作要求、政策、規條及作業程序
•主動地了解及學習與工作相關的知識
•以專業態度履行職務，並時刻保持公司形象
•按需要協助處理其他工作
工作要求:
•香港中學會考或文憑或以上
•具良好中英寫作能力
•具良好的粵英口語溝通能力
•主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售
•客戶為先，具解決困難能力並著重成果
•熟悉各種社交媒體渠道
•熟悉流動電話產品及服務
•熟悉常用電腦軟體者優先考慮
•具電訊業或電話銷售經驗者優先考慮
