| 電話銷售主任 (csl / 1010 九龍灣續約部) (無需Cold Call/ 佣金無上限)
**月薪可達17.5K**
工作地點: 九龍灣臨澤街8號啟匯(原名為傲騰廣場)
**提供接駁巴士往返地鐵站
工作時間: 長短週, 長週返5.5天, 短週返5天, 逢星期日休息
職責:
• 於熱線中心內與客戶聯絡，並致力提供良好客戶服務
• 把握機會推廣服務及產品優惠或挽留客戶
• 跟從規定及程序處理工作，適時跟進及完成整個工作流程
• 遵從公司及其合作伙伴的工作要求、政策、規條及作業程序
• 主動地了解及學習與工作相關的知識
• 以專業態度履行職務，並時刻保持公司形象
• 按需要協助處理其他工作
• 熟悉流動電話服務及銷售者將優先考慮為資深電話銷售主任
工作要求 :
• 中五 / 中學文憑或以上程度
• 客戶優先，具解決困難能力並著重成果
• 主動積極協助客戶及推廣銷售
• 具良好聆聽、溝通及銷售技巧
• 具有良好的軟件應用經驗
• 熟悉流動電話產品及服務者優先考慮
• 歡迎應屆畢業生
