職責 :
- 有效地管理所有入座，提升餐廳的營業額
- 收集客人用餐、座位或其他飲食偏好，以提供個人化服務
- 為客人、廚師和餐廳經理協調及準備菜單
- 聆聽顧客的意見，並與同事分享，從而提升服務質素
- 以積極及專業的態度處理客人透過電話或電郵提出的查詢及投訴
工作要求:
- 5年或以上相關工作經驗，具餐飲或酒店工作經驗者獲優先考慮
- 優秀解難能力及良好的人際交往能力及溝通技巧
- 積極主動，有條理，細心和富責任感
- 良好的英語、普通話和粵語
