Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Senior Management on personal and business matters
- Responsible for the scheduling, preparation and reception of business visits, meetings and events
- Handle calendar management and travel logistics arrangement
- Handle correspondences, minutes and confidential documents
- Maintain an efficient administrative and filing system
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above with minimum 1 years’ relevant working experience
- Attention to details, well-organized with high sense of responsibility and ability to multi-task
- Mature with good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Good knowledge in PC skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Chinese typing an advantage
- Immediately available is highly preferred
