| Position Requirement: |
Job Duties
- Responsible for the Project Execution and Management
- Communicate and coordinate with different parties, including main-contractors for on-site progress and ensure workmanship is according to contract standards
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and technical staff
- Handle other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned
- Project Management including program and resource monitoring, quality control, technical management and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Building Construction Industry and the capacity of site supervisor and management of BS installations
- Familiar with the use of Auto CAD and Microsoft Project
