Position Requirement: |
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including, HR record, recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee performance appraisal and maintaining up-to-date candidate database
- Prepare various HR reports and analysis for management review
- Participate in reviewing and enhancing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate staff activities and employee relations programme
- Handle and review staff medical scheme
- Office administrative work
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years solid experience in all rounded Human Resources & Office Administration.
- Well versed in HK employment Ordinances and other related regulations
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
- Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Proactive, Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
