工作職責：
- 按指示，管理和監控日常運作、包括庫存管理和成本控制等
- 監督生產過程、原材料和食品質量，準備生產和分析報告
- 管理和實施食品安全管理體系，包括更新工廠的操作規範和標準
- 評估工作環境的安全和衛生以達到公司標準
- 處理食品安全和質量投訴，並提供改進方案
- 與各班次、各級經營管理人員密切溝通，確保生產順利及有效率
任職要求：
- 至少10年以上食品廠管理經驗，有處理ISO經驗者優先
- 持有食品安全與衛生文憑者優先
- 配備比較強的領導及管理能力，組織協調及觀察能力。
- 懂PC應用，包括中文文字處理。
- 責任心和主動性，性格開朗, 良好溝通能力, 有團隊合作精神
- 即時上班者優先考慮
