                          | Position Summary:  This position is responsible for growing our wooden flooring business by driving the sales team operations, expanding our client base, identifying new business opportunities and coordinating with our suppliers. Principal Accountabilities: 
Explore new business opportunitiesMaintain close connections and relationships with our clientsMonitor sales performance on timely basis, formulate and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targetsSupervise and coach a sales team with focus on flooring covering products including wood flooring, outdoor decking and vinyl flooring.Communicate and liaise with the suppliers for all pricing and product enquiriesManage the on-site installation work. Qualifications and Experience: Experience: 
5 years of sales experience in wood flooring industry is preferrable but not a mustExperienced in working with architects, designers, property developers and consultantsSite managementCandidate with less experience will be considered as Associate Sales Manager Education: 
Degree holder in business or related disciplines Skills: 
Strong business acumen and discipline to develop and realize business plansPossess strong networking and influence skills to further develop and expand business possibilitiesDemonstrate ability to operate independently and make sound business decisions with minimal supervisionExcellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Others: 
Hong Kong based with occasional business travel if required What we offer?
