Responsibility
Shipping Coordination
- Lead the team on daily shipping operation and cargo arrangement;
- Monitor and manage shipment status, cargo conditions and ensure on-time deliveries;
- Handle sudden transportation incidents by providing instant quality and professional responses;

Logistic Support
- Prepare logistic reports and data analysis for effective logistics solutions;
- Handle license cargo arrangement, pre-classification and license application for strategic commodities;
- Formulate the framework, policy, SOP and new initiatives as derived from the incidents;
- Explore new technologies applications, new vendors and/or service provider as required; 
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Communication
- Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-departmental projects for continuous improvement;
- Liaise externally with suppliers, forwarders and logistics providers to monitor their service level.

Requirement
Academic Level: Bachelor Degree or above;
Field of Study: Supply Chain Management or Logistics related disciplines; 
Working Experience: At least 4 years or above of hands-on experience in the area of logistic field or shipping coordination;
- Familiar in MS Office (Excel / Word / Powerpoint);
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently with logical mindset;
- Experience in SAP system & IBM Lotus Notes will be definitely advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
