崗位職責: 1、負責公司出入金工作，操作網上銀行，并负责保管财务章、网银UKEY； 2、協助日常及每月對賬，製作資金平衡表 3、協助交收資金調撥，负责支票、汇票、发票、收据管理； 4、負責財務部門的文件/數據存檔 5、負責處理公司日常費用報銷，整理單據和發票 6、負責公司財務合同以及公司日常开销合同 7、负责员工考勤以及工资核算发放
崗位要求: 1. 金融學、財務學、會計學等相關專業; 2. 應屆畢業生 , 具1-2年有金融機構或財務經驗者優先; 3. 熟悉office軟體操作; 4. 良好普通話及粵語溝通; 5. 優秀的團隊精神與協作能力、壓力承受能力。 |
