Our client, a global leading printing and copying Machine Company is looking for a Document Advisor to join their Macau Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist customers to ensure the quality and efficient printing service and methods
- Recommend specification alternatives to exploit production efficiencies
- Give effective advice to the customer to reduce the cost of printing
- Manage the document supply chain from concept to delivery
- Prepare print activities reporting
- Manage offset and digital print using preferred/appropriate vendors
- Handle daily print request from clients
- Identify and develop new opportunities to expand services
Job Requirements
- Macau ID holder
- Diploma holder or above
- 2-3 years printing experience in sales/customer services/account servicing/design/printing related industry (Previous exposures in printing company or creative agency preferred)
- Basic knowledge in computer application
- Able to work under pressure, tight timeline and handle multi-tasks
